On Realization Of Modernization Of Party's Governing Method

The Fourth Plenum of the 16th CPC Central Committee adopt a document on CPC Central Committee Decision on the Enhancement of the Party's Governance Capability, This is an important action program for the CPC on enhancing the Party's governance capability in the new century. The program projected many major issues such as grasping the Party's governance law, enchancing the Party's governance capability, improving the Party's governance plan, and perfection the Party's governance method, ec. And what is noticeable is that this is the first time in our party propose the idea of scientific, democratic and law-based approach to governance, its new generlize of Communist Party of China of govermance idea, govemmance plan, govemmance method. At present, enhance the Party's governance capability is a major issue, that is to realize the transformation of mordernization of governmance method in the light of scientific, democratic and law-based approach to governance. According to the above, this article first pointed out locates the status along with the current party and the environment, the duty and the party member troop which the party shoulders all has in the tremendous change situation, it is imperative to advance modernization of the consummation party's governmance method, second, from historical and the reality angle, the article thoroughly analyzed the reform and the consummation party's govemmance method, the necessity and the urgency to realize the mordemization of CPC governmance method. On basis of this, the article disscusses the way to advance the modernization of the Party's governmance method under the new situation.
