People proposed a lot of incentive ways that focused on performance problem since Maslow's Needs Hierarchy theory published in management field. Many mangers pay attention to using incentive mechanism to develop human resources and organizational ability. Police is a very special job in public departments. Now, police management organization analyzes work characteristics, needs and methods from a still way. It should use a career development way to examine the relationship between individual and organization in community. So it is important to grasp rules of community police career in this theme.This theme used career theory to construct community police incentive mechanism, focused on development of police individual and organization. Firstly, it introduced the career development and incentive mechanism and analyzed characteristics, objection, contents and effect factors of police career. Secondly, it analyzed situation, limits and effect factors of community police incentive mechanisms in our country, which depended on some problem. Thirdly, it tried to compose community police career development with incentive mechanisms, set up an active incentive mechanisms to meet different stage's career characteristics, and proposed some problems. In the end, it proposed some ideas about career development. |
