Since the 1990s, the process of economic globalization has accelerated obviously, the state sovereignty has met great impact and challenge. Traditional theory of the state sovereignty has got more negation and doubt from every aspect. This makes people think about such problems as: Does the sovereignty end? Under the condition of the economic globalization, is the state sovereignty still the basic rule of the world that can not be surmounted ? Under this background, we examine state sovereignty again and do more research about the theory of state sovereignty. It is meaningful for both theory and practice. It is urgent and necessary for developing countries to protect their own state sovereignties. Also, they should find new ways to set up new strategies of the state sovereignty. Having done some research about previous products, I try to go on with the challenge of developing countries sovereignty from economic globalization. Using historic and practical ways to study I get some new ideas, and then find a way to dealing with economic globalization and protecting the state sovereignty of China. The article includes preface and text. The preface has the reasons and meanings, present research, ways and new ideas. The text is divided into five parts: the summary of the economic globalization and state sovereignty; correlation between economic and state sovereign; the challenge for the state sovereignty of developing countries from economic globalization; the dialectics deciphering of the challenge between the state sovereignty of developing countries and economic globalization; rational thoughts about defending Chinese state sovereignty under the condition of economic globalization. Finally,I draw a conclusion.
