As the world objective tendency and the historical trend, the economical globalization means the elements of production surmount the national boundaries, flow freely beyond the global scope, it is a historical process that the various countries and areas mutually melt into a whole. As a complex social phenomenon, we should discuss it from various different aspects, in this article we discuss the meaning and primary matter of the economical globalization, the emerging and the process of development about the economical globalization as well as the characteristic on it. In the 21st century, along with the advancement of the economical globalization unceasingly goes into, any country need melt into the process of the economical globalization inevitably. Undeniably, the advancement of the economical globalization has brought the broad development space for us, but, at the same time, because of the economical globalization flows freely and without the limitation of the boundaries, it absolutely challenge the national sovereignty intensively. As the foundation of the international relational and the core of the international law, the national sovereignty means: at home, it represents the highest authority; beyond home, it represents the independent right, which is not controlled by any country. In the article we explain the national sovereignty about the development of the national sovereignty, the advancement, the connotation and the characteristic, simultaneously inquired into the dialectical relations between the economical globalization and the national sovereignty, that is on the one hand the economical globalization strengthened the national sovereignty, but, on the other hand, it weakened the national sovereignty in a certain degree. Facing the many challenges that the economical globalization brings to the national sovereignty in the new situation, home and foreign scholars elaborate their different new national sovereignty view in a different aspect and position. Among these, there are extremely ultra issues, but there are still successful illustrations. Because the economical globalization first starts from the western developed countries, so in the process of the economical globalization, they are the leaderships and the initiative sides, we only can be the passive sides. This kind of not equal status induces that we will get more challenges from the economical globalization than the developed countries. These kinds of challenges include many aspects, such as the political sovereignty, the economical sovereignty, the cultural sovereignty as well as the environmental sovereignty of our country. In the aspect of the political sovereignty, the economical globalization limits the national traditional function and the government's management ability of our country enormously; affecting the stability of the entire society's politics. In the aspect of the economical sovereignty, the economical globalization brings huge impact to the national industry of our country; he financial globalization brings huge risk to the finance security of our country. In the aspect of the cultural sovereignty, the economical globalization is challenging the tradition cultural industry of our country (especially the challenge of the movie and television culture industry of our country); at the same time, our socialistic ideology that included in the cultural sovereignty also receives deep challenges from the economical globalization. In the aspect of the environmental sovereignty, as the main carrier of the economical globalization, the multinational corporations mine and plunder the resources of our country in a rapid way, vigorously transfer the risk of polluting their own country's environment, they shift the crowded industries, as well as the pollutant industries to our country, which bring enormous harm to our country's sustainable development. In the face of the challenges which the economical globalization bring to us, we should continue to maintain and diligently achieve that insisting on the national sovereignty principles; persisting in our own self-dependence; keeping on deepening the reform, strengthening the comprehensive national strength, enhancing the international competition strength; persisting in opposing the hegemonism, the power politics, the new interventionism, establishing the international political and economical new order diligently; insisting on advancing with times, remolding the national sovereignty view. While achieves these aspects, we should search for the strategies with great efforts to the challenges which the economical globalization bring for the politics, the economy, the culture as well as the environment sovereignty of our country, thus gradually forms a set of our own country's strategies to the challenges which the economy globalization bring for our national sovereignty.
