To Constructing Human-Oriened Harmonious Societyin Xinjiang

The aim of constructing harmonious socialistic society was raised in the Fourth Plenary Session Central Committee, which developed and enriched Deng Xiao-ping's Theory and"Three Representative". Simultaneously, it provided a feasible platform for constructing harmonious society in Xinjiang to propose and perform the strategy of Western Large-scale development .So with construction of harmonious human-oriented society becoming the centre, beginning with human–orientation aspect, the necessity and possibility of constructing harmonious human-oriented society in Xinjiang, where there is its own unique geoemiroment and anthropoenviroment are analyzed. And,also, the basic theory on constructing harmonious human-oriented society in Xinjiang. The thought and measure are provided for constructing harmonious human-oriented society.Beginning with analyzing the specific conditions, the necessity and possibility of constructing harmonious human-oriented society is demonstrated in the first section of the dissertation. Since the Republic foundation,especially since the opening and reform, great achievement has been acquired in all respect, which has formed the base of constructing harmonious human-oriented society. However, with the achievement noticed, the problems that exist can't be neglected. Analyzing the problems is useful for us to know the reality of Xinjiang well, and, also, it can make us realize the importance of constructing human-oriented society.The underlying theory of constructing harmonious human-oriented society is stated in the second section. So their individual idea of Marx, Engels, Lenin and Chinese communists about constructing harmonious human-oriented society are stated and commented in sequence, according to the development of Marxism.
