Theattention to the survival and development of human made Marx, Engels became revolutionarydemocracy, which also transformed into the main power of communist. The German ideologywhich written by Marx and Engels first mentioned the explanation of human needs. This isthe attention scholars about the human needs before a century and a half, which also shownthat the people at that time begin to pay attention to the human in real life. In fact, the ancientpeople have recorded the needs of human before the founded of Marx’s needs theory, but lackof theoretical system. There are a great number of discusses of human needs for China whichhas five thousand years culture, but their discussion were mainly recorded in "desire" whichthe significance is the same. In the west, the discussion of human needs first appeared in theworks of the philosopher of ancient Greece. Whether the needs theory of west or east, they arefor protecting the interests of the ruling class or in order to promote the purpose of religionand theology. In a word, their needs theory provides theoretical sources and problems theorysupport for us to research today’s human needs problem. In new period,30years since reformand opening up, our country puts forward "human-oriented" scientific development conceptcombined with Marx’s needs theory, Which reflected the focus on human, attention andrespect for human rights and the highest value orientation to the real interests of people. But,there are all kinds of complicated contradiction behind the high-speed economic development.In this context, the thought of "human-oriented" we put forward aroused our re-understandingto Marx’s needs theory. A century and a half ago, Marx divided the human needs into threecategories. The problem of human needs is more diversification, and become the key and hotproblem of philosophy, politics, sociology, etc. research in nowadays. This thesis from theprospective of philosophy, political and so on to research the "human-oriented", from theideological roots of "human-oriented" produce to Marx’s understanding of human-oriented,discussed the relationship between Marx’s needs theory and human-oriented with theinterdisciplinary analysis method. Through analyzing Marx’s needs theory especiallycombined with the social status and development change in each period, all-round, multi-levelresearch the relationships between human-oriented and human needs to experience deeply thereal interests of Majority of the Broad Masses and construct a harmonious socialist societywhich satisfy the interests of Majority of the Broad Masses.
