Moral Prevention Of Post Crime

Nowadays, whatever the country is, whatever the race is, whatever the cultural tradition is, whatever the social form is, post crime exists in all kinds of power fields, adhering to modern countries as malignant tumor. What the governments and the people pursue are honest government, high efficient administration and uncorrupted prosperity.
