The countryside issue is the most basic problem in Chinese revolution and construction all the time. So ? "there is no legal modernization of the country ,if there is no legal modernization of the countryside". We can see, the construction of the rule of law in village is the key tache of running our country of law. It is demanded by the principle of running the country of law to build farmers' modern legal consciousness which is in cording to the marketing economy and democratic politics.Since the reform and opening to the outside world in China, the construction of the rule of law in village is very succeed, the level of farmers' legal consciousness had been improved greatly.
