Research On The System Reformation Of Judicial Expertizing In China

It is no time to delay that a new judicial expertizing system adapted to market economy should be set up in China, for the mess state that the judicial expertizing system is suffering from since the reformation and opening have severely hampered the achievement of judicial equity and enhancement in judicial efficiency.Different definitions to the judicial expertizing system have been brought forward from the academic and practical circle. After analyzing them and making some research on the intension and extension of the judicial exertizing system, this essay brings forward individual opinion.At first, author made some comparisons of the difference between the two judicial exertizing systems and found out the intensive regulation and uptrend of the judicial system in China.Secondary, author compared the domestic judicial expertizing system with the aliens and generalized their individual characteristics, and also, made some researches on the system reformation of judicial expertizing system in China. Specially, author centered on evaluation to the advantages and disadvantages of the reformation.At last, author put forward own opinion on the direction that the reformation should make, and online the rational state that the judicial expertizing system in China should be. Linking up with author's experience of working, author addressed individual views and suggestions on adaptation of current reformation in the judicial expertizing system, which under the influences that the domestic reformation of judge mode and evidence system affect on.
