The New Style Country Realation Of The Sino-Russian

China and Russia, as the two largest nations of Eurasia mainland and the contrives taking on the most important duty of the peace and stabilization of the world , facing the complicated and changeful international situations after cold war, and conforming the tide of international relationship democratization ,led off to establish the tactic collaboration fellowship which face the 21~st century and moreover has the global influence .The 14-year Sino-Russian relation's democracy constructs can be divided into five stages. The first stage is the period in which Yeltsin was in power. The relationship between the two nations changed from the friendly nation between neighborhoods to the constructive friendly relationship, then to the tactic collaboration association relationship. The second stage is the period in which Putin is in power. The relation has entered the all-sided developing new phrase. It was not incidental that the fast and stable development could be realized in democracy establishment after cold war, but had its historical inevitability, it was the result of the integrated factors, including inter-outer pressing, area-international wide-ranging common view, economic sides-interesting and security benefit. The relationship between China and Russia impress the basic spirit of the international relationship democratization. The two nations respects for each other and do not decide the relationship only by ideology; The two nations insist on "the Three-No"of the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence; as the basic principles while dealing with their relationship; The two nations treat each other equally , believe in each other ,and do not interfere in the other's internal affairs ;The two nations establish the flawless cooperative system as the organizational insurances of the Sino-Russian relation play an important role in driving international relationship democratization. The Sino-Russian relation is a new model of the international relationship, they benefit from each other and both opposite hegemonies and power politics, promote the establishment of the multi-polar structure and the new international order, maintain and strengthen the function of the United Nation and keep the tranquility of the area-security, they also accelerate the world's peace and development. However, the Sino-Russian relation is not perfect , there still exist some disadvantages which can influence the Sino-Russian relation democracy constructs. This article proposes the answering suggestions to promote the healthy development of the Sino-Russian relation.
