1. SummarizeThis paper studies the planning and implement of Quality management systemfor Non-ferrous foundry of FAW foundry Co., Ltd by ISO/TS16949:2002standard and process approach. It's suitable, adequate and effective thatISO/TS16949:2002 standard and approach process are carried out inautomotive production and relevant service part organization.2. PurposeThe goal of ISO/TS16949:2002 standard is to make the quality managementsystem have continual improvement in automotive industry and emphasizedefect prevention and reduction of variation and waste unite the control leveland satisfy customer requirement in the supply chain. It can makeorganization's production qualify the certificate of enter international market.The goal of ISO/TS16949:2002 standard is the development of a qualitymanagement system that provides for continual improvement, emphasizingdefect prevention and reduction of variation and waste in the supply chain,unite the control level, satisfy customer special requirement. The base ofISO/TS16949:2002 standard is 8 quality management principles, It appliesprocess approach to satisfy customer requirement, continual improvement;continual improvement is the organization's eternal aim. Improvement meansimprove production quality, process and effectiveness and efficiency ofsystem. Improvement includes: conforming reality, making aim, seeking,evaluating and carrying out measures; measure, check and analyses the result,record the change etc. finally there will be form a PDCA cycle. Organizationcans continual improvement by the cycle continual runningThe application of ISO/TS16949:2002 standard in automotive industry isintended to improve organization confidence for global service, productionand process quality, release the resource of other quality activities.Organization will reduce change and improve efficiency, avoid multiplecertification audits according to common quality system method, there is onlyone common language(English) for certification is to providecomprehension quality requirement. The Technical Specification is not onlycustomer requirement, but also certification for exporting production.3.main resultThe design of this paper refers to the ISO/TS16949:2002 standard and fullyconsider process approach, PDCA cycle. PDCA cycle means plan, do, checkand act. Quality is under control by PDCA cycle, and it is continualimprovement. This is the most effective way to optimize managementmechanism of automotive industry, its focus and difficult are how to exertprocess approach in carrying out the ISO/TS16949:2002 standard. Theplanning and result fully realize 8 quality management principles, It emphasestraining for people involved quality station. the training include qualitysystem requirement and correlative regulatory requirement. Special operatormust qualify for certificate. Staff of the organization should carry outprocess of management system and implement process goal.Organization checks and evaluates the conformance, suitability, adequacy andeffectiveness. by training and managing operator involved quality, auditingsite according to regular time, operator self-check, internal audit etc. staff areactive in carrying out process by establishing incentive system, effectivelypromote running of the quality system.The planning and design of quality management system is a systemengineering. With the lapse of time and the technique development, it will bereasonable and perfect little by little. How can we improve and implement thesystem? I think the practice is the best way.
