Study On Theory And Demonstration Of Eco-Industrial Parks

With the aggravation of the global environmental crisis, especially the modern industrial development, industrial pollution is more and more serious day by day. People began to seek new environmental management measure and tool. After the change from end control mode to cleaner production, more and more people realized the concept of ecological industry. EIP is one of the most important aspect of ecological industry. EIP is an regional system include industry, agriculture and residential area ,etc. It sets up industry's system like "Producer, Consumers, Resolver " through imitating the natural ecosystem circulation way and food chain network, accordingly form the interdependences industrial ecosystem with the fully utilizing of resources and reducing the negative effect to the environment. The goal of industrial sustainable development can be realized finally, and both economic development and environmental protection gained from it. The thesis has introduced the domestic and international research and development of the EIP, discuss Industrial ecology, bionics theory and sustainable urban planning, sustainable building and construction, etc. In the planning construction of the EIP, the first thing is that ensure the community where project stay in are getting harmonious, the project should chooses land that has already been developed to use or the green area as much as possible . In the design, have put forward the principle of integrated design, and narrate detailedly the relevant problem about the design of the foundation,product and industry's network. In construction of park, analyzing the integrated project management, Recruiting developer and how to establish performance goal ,etc. Through this analyse, have offered the methodological guide for construction of EIP . After the EIP has built up , need set up the system to examine the health degree of the park, the thesis have set up a models to examine the overall index of the park. There has no real EIP in Chongqing at present, but the industrial structure of Chongqing and resource characteristic have determined that Chongqing must take the new-type industrialized way , develop the EIP. Transforming existing industrial park is the most suitable developmental model for Chongqing, it is also the main direction in which Chongqing develops the EIP. In the thesis, Took Jinlong industrial park of Chongqing as an example, carried on research with transformation of park's administrative system and industry's system in detail, set up industry homobium and administrative system which accords with the EIP .Through this transformation. Jinlong industrial park will gets obvious improvement in Utilization ratio of resource, environmental impact and comprehensive benefit.
