Research On Maintenance Of Power Generating Equipment Using Reliability Theory

Requirement of power supplying quality are getting ever the more higher with development of economy. At the same time, for raising market competition, reliability of power generating equipment is more and more attracted attentions by electric power generation enterprise. Reliability is one of the most important criterions to weight quality of power generation equipment. The fault of power generating equipment can lead to great economic loss and grievous results. So it is significant to study the reliability of power generating equipment and improve the lever of equipment maintenance supervising.In this paper, the base theory of reliability is expounded, the research status of electric reliability in the world and our development and shortcoming on electric reliability are discussed at first, then the reliability problems in electric market are studied, and strengthen reliability management to supply technology support for the repair of generating equipment is indicated.The state partition of generating equipment and the concept of reliability index are described in this paper, the present value of reliability in power production is analyzed. Put forward that the reliability management should connect with the maintenance management of power plant' s equipments. The former provide technical support to the latter. Several methods are brought forward to increasing the reliability of generating equipment.Through the analyzing of equipment maintenance modes in present firepower plant in our country, the advantage and disadvantage are concluded, the malfunction rule and the best maintenance mode of generating equipment are explored.
