Powered Equipment Condition Based Maintenance Management Studies

China Power Supply Enterprises first sampled condition based maintenance of equipment in 1992, and now they have got some experience. It's no doubt that condition based maintenance reduce the over- maintenance or the short- maintenance for time based maintenance, and it can also save the maintenance cost and improve the equipment safety. Power Supply equipment maintenance regulation will be reformed to the condition based maintenance in steps, which can carry out the presage maintenance to the power supply equipment according to its condition.Dalian Power Supply Company began to carry out condition based maintenance of equipment in 1992. For the ten years research and practice, they have built up a frame which fits maintenance of equipment for Power Supply Enterprises, and can provide some reference to China Power Supply Enterprises for how to carry out condition based maintenance of equipment.This paper studies about the management of condition based maintenance of power supply equipment, and bases on the practice of condition based maintenance of Dalian Power Supply Company. It tells us the nowadays state of China Power Supply Enterprises in carrying out condition based maintenance, and compares with international Power Supply Enterprises, finds the our shortcoming in condition based maintenance management, analyzes the reasons and gives some advice.
