Analysis Of Evolutiom Of Rural Economic Inistitution In Western Developing Areas Of China

The article is the research achievement that the rural fundamental economic institution evolutionary history was evolutioned Guanling county in Guizhou province since 1950 with the theory and tools of the New Institutional Economics.First of all, we objectly reviewed the evolution of a few fundamental economic institution and gave remarks on these economic performance of institutions.The fundamental economic institution include the People's Commune, contracting of land for the responsibility, rural enterprises, self-employed and private businesses.On the analysis of the institutional evolution from "the People's Commune" to "contracting of land for the responsibility ", form "rural enterprises" to "self-employed and private businesses", we are concentrated on the property right characteristics and transaction costs.When we analyzed the institution's evolution path ,we researched completely and thoroughly on land institution, rural enterprises property structure, culture, ideology and government's function.In the end, we have drawn some instructive conclusions:The first conclusion is reappeared the process of the game with several benefit owners, someone which was neglected in the past.The second conclusion is finding the co-evolution relationship between the compulsory institution evolution and inductive institution evolution.The third conclusion is that the overwhelming government should take on formal institution creative cost and mentain "social capital" .Finally, we pointed out the two fundamental economic institution's evolutional trend and direction and so on.We gave reasonable explanations that the market-oriented economy transient process wasn't smoothed in the western developing areas with case study from the perspective of institution. At the same time, the writer anticipated the institution evolution track in promoting Western developing areas economic and social development.
