| The world is now facing the new tide of military change. Its main characteristics is the rapid development of high-tech centered around IT. The mode of modern war has changed from mechanics into informational style. Knowledge and technology have become the leading element of war power. Military fighting has remarkably represented battles between war and high-quality talents. According to Comrade Jiang Zemin's spirits on the construction of military talents: Gradually on the way to train talents in arm force combined with attached general higher education training together, open up new way, formally set out a systematic project and to select high-quality talents in lager scale, which is the important portion in our military construction. It can not only meet the urgent need of military force, but also set aside the investment for establishing new military colleges and it is also the principle policy of significance to bring up high-quality carders. If we stick to this way, we can train more excellent talents for our arm force. In this thesis paper, the author intends to analyze the significance of attached national education to bring up talents for arm force and the present existed problems, and conduct research on how to better this "attached training" to point out perfect the 5 realistic counter-policies. |
