"Use information to promote industrialization "- national economy information has been risen to unprecedented height, depth and scope. It seems very urgent to develop information for change the situation of lagging technique and administration, accelerate the advance of industry information construction and excite the innovation ability in the field of traditional furniture industry, realize that the information based on independent foundation of information industry by using high-new and advanced and applicable technology. But at the same time, we can see that information-based has weak foundation in China, no matter in technically and idea, person who have operate a lot of mistaken idea. Managing the difference with traditional management through the comparative analysis information in thesis, which analyze conscientiously its operation feasibility and how can enterprise implement information management and evade method and step in investment. The works no matter in economy, and it has a very strong realistic meaning in technology. This thesis starts with four threads and a model, which contrapose current situation of furniture manufacturing and propose the necessity of information, how should Chinese furniture enterprises face information construction, what is the beach in Chinese furniture enterprise, the difficult point of information and how reduce risk of information construction. Finally, I put forward the rational suggestion for investment of project and the thought of develop administrative system according to the above understanding. We hope to find out the situation of information construction and level through research the subject, probe into the current situation and prospect of furniture enterprises' information with IT industry person and furniture enterprises' administrator together, I will make great efforts to find out a kind of better implementation mode to help enterprises to survive and develop under a new environment by making use of information-based technology, offer a concrete reference for furniture enterprises implement the information-based project.
