Consumption is one of the main theory study areas, while studies on tourism consumption are not so developed, the sociological and ecological aspects are yet to be discussed. What's more , even studies from the angle of economic view are always facing the difficulties of lack of the basic conception system. As a result, studies on the inner structure of the tourism consumption is quite rare to see ,or be viewed as black box.This article sets forth the conception system as well as the theoretical framework. Following the "resource-product-market" skeleton and setting about the corresponding relationship between resource and product, it analyses the relationship between tourism consumption and resource. And the conclusion is, due to the restriction of tourism product, the tourism consumption composition show a evident character of duality. This duality means the dichotomy of the time and space assigned by tourist, of the content of consumption and resource, of the expenditure and receipt. It is a Trinitarian of inner logistic structure which will lead to economic, social and environmental unsustainable development. On the basis of these analyses, this article sets forth the product methods to optimize the consumption structure.This article is specified in seven chapters: Chapter 1, Introduction; Chapter 2, the overview of related studies; Chapter 3, the main study framework; Chapter 4, the particular description of the duality character of tourism consumption; Chapter 5, the restrict as well as the amend effect caused by tourism products; Chapter 6, the resolvent; Chapter 7, conclusions and problems needed to be studied further.
