| SCM (Supply chain management) attracts extensive attention as a modern enterprisemanagement mode suitable for variable market. Information sharing in a supply chain isan important section in SCM. Full information sharing is the key factor of a successfulsupply chain. And its theoretic model is discussed with indeed demand in mechanismdesign and technology method, which will make it the base of SCM truly.The mechanism of information sharing in a supply chain is mainly studied .It isdiscussed deeply in different directions. It covers its levels, its value questions, theeffect of sharing strategies on supply chain performance, its management incentive andits profit assignment and so on.The results show the existence of the levels, its advantage over supply chain andselection of different strategies for different supply chain. Management incentivemechanism of multiple objectives and factors is created for a two-level supply chain andis described. The analysis of its profit assignment is made and the number of retailers isoptimized. |
