Research On Information Sharing In Supply Chain Management

This paper explained in the introduction that it is the new strategy under the new environment to supply chain enterprises to implement the information sharing, get research contents of this text out of according to domestic and international current research situation and the question that exist in enterprise of our country while implementing the information sharing. The traditional chain type information flow theory thinks that the information interchange within the chain carry on between the adjoint link basically. Then, this text, through analysing the defect that the traditional chain type information flow theory exists,put forward the concept of the information flow network, think today with high-speed development of the information technology, the member of chain might win message that they want directly through the advanced information interchange means (such as Internet): no matter it is the terminal customer's demand , or the production states of other members ,etc. on the chain. The information that the adjoint link transmits is no longer the only basis of each member's business decision. There are two kinds of systematic modes of information sharing mainly: Information transmission mode and information centre mode. The information transmission mode requires every enterprise to observe the unified commercial operation mode (standard), adopt the standard gentle form of newspaper and transmit information.In information centre mode, supply chain nodal main information have information centres responsible for collecting and processing , and send the information after processing to nodal enterprises of the information needed. Enterprises must be suitable for one's own systematic mode of information sharing selectedly while implementing the information sharing.According to the content,purpose,function of the information sharing, this text divides it into three levels: operation information layer,managing the information layer,strategic information layer. Levels of the information sharing will be different to some extent according to the nature of supply chain, main decisive factor have product performance,manufacture, trade inclined to, partnership , the degree of making use of IT between member. Just because of these factor, enterprise of supply chain only suitable for a certain information sharing level. So each enterprise in supply chain should according to above-mentioned factor,assess,and selects the information sharing level suitable for itself. Suppose without cost of information sharing in past research, so the degree of the information sharing is the higher, it is the better in supply chain.In fact,set up platform information sharing need already,because collection, arrange--ment of data will also take expenses,and the higher the degree of the information sharing is, the higher the expenses are. So, will inevitablely weigh between expenses of the information sharing and income brought as the rational policymaker, so as to determine the optimum information sharing degree. In addition, while studying the information sharing question supplied in the chain in the past, always suppose that a certain specific system is arranged, in fact under the circumstances that different system is arranged, the decision behavior and result of the subject are often different to some extent. So, This text take it as example that distributor offers the information sharing to manufacturers, through building the model, studied their own optimum information sharing degree in 3 kinds of possible systems, compared arrangement impact on the variables,such as optimum information sharing degree,profit,etc.and has pointed out the optimum arrangement separately to the manufacturer , distributor and the whole supply chain.
