With the development of economical, educational and technologicalreforms of our country, non-state-owned educational schools are growingvery fast. Under the situation of the lack of education, the development ofnon-state-owned schools advanced social public interests and satisfied therequirements of people to the educational diversity, at the same time lessenthe financial burden for the government to develop the education. To meetthe needs of the economic and social changing, the ZheJiang governmentgreatly supported the schools run by the local people and organizationsboth in educational system and laws and regulations, resulting in thebooming of non-state-owned schools. The innovation from the substratemade the non-state-owned education thriving in ZheJiang.
