Firstly, this paper introduced and analyzed the developing history of logistic industry, the situation at present and the developing trend in our country in detail. Then the management of GUANGCAI INTERNATIONAL LOGESTICAL CO., LTD (GCIL) was analyzed by using BSC technology from four aspects (shareholder, customer, process and people). Based on that and considering the feature of Midwest logistic industry, the opportunities and threats GCIL will faced in the marketing and industry environment was analyzed by using SWOT analysis technology. Then a differentiation strategy that the GCIL should take after our country entering into WTO was brought forward.The reasons and significance of the differentiation strategy that the company should take were analyzed in this paper, and the principle of differentiation strategy was illuminated. Since taking a right competitive strategy will decide the company' s survival and development, the method of how to choose and implement a differentiation strategy was especially important. So seven competitive strategies that the GCIL should take in order to achieve its continuous development were brought forward in this paper, they are alliance and M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) strategy, brand strategy, customer relationship management, logistic network strategy, supply chain management strategy, marketing strategy, and human resource strategy. The selection and implementation of each strategy was clearly expatiated and explained in detail.
