The flat-forming of organization structure means a process that the organization becomes a new one of contracted framework with landscape orientation through such behaviors like transforming its interior framework on its own initiative, breaking up the old vertical structure which is multiple-layered, decreasing the middle administrative layers, reinforcing the management, reducing the supers and so on. Because of the operation environment becoming more and more complex and the uncertainty which employees are encountering increasing, the flat-forming of organization structure is a tendency in the development of enterprises. It's not only a form of business process reengineering , but also adjustment of the psychological contracts between employers and employees. Some researches suggests that psychological contracts is related to high-leveled organizational support, anticipation to the occupation, emotional promise and low-leveled will of leaving office and so forth. It impacts deeply on the satisfaction with the jib, the will of leaving office and the organizational policies. Much higher the consistency of psychological contracts is, much more employees' satisfaction with the organization. Therefore , the reconstruction of psychological contracts is an important problem during the flat-forming of the organization. It's significant to ensure the success of enterprises' transformation, to promote the relationship in the employment and take the interior organizational expenditure down. In this article, the author will analyze the psychological contracts, and explore its reconstruction after its being broken up and breached.There're four parts in this article besides the introduction and the conclusion.
