| In order to improve rural Party members', cadres'and peasants'comprehensive quality, build a new socialist countryside,and promote the process of information construction in rural areas, In May of 2003,the Central Party Committee Puts forward to the great action of launching the modern distance education to the Communist party and cadres of china. Along with the implementation of the project, now the research about this project is generally about the construction, simple description and management method. Nobody has carried out research on the angle of learners. So I selected this study on the experience in practice. In the process of research, the study uses literature research, observation, questionnaire and other kinds of research methods.Chapter1 gives the background and the meaning of the study at first .then makes a description of modern distance education and the modern distance education for rural Party members,cadres and peasants. At last, shows the content and method.Chapter2 firstly expatiates a several important concepts which are correlative with the study, and then analyzes the Theoretical basis of the study. At last state the general situation of the project, the characteristics and the value of the autonomous learning for the Communist party and cadres. On the basis of theory research and study aim, Chapter3 designs the questionnaire first, then through analyzing the material of survey and the result of data statistic, summarizes and analysis the effect factors form inner and exterior.Chapter4 puts forward the countermeasures for project establishment from the macro and micro dimension.In the last chapter, the writer summarizes the study and explains the innovation of this study firstly, then the writer indicates the limitation and brings forward the follow-up study expecting to future exploiters. |
