Research On The Intra-Party Democracy Construction Of The Cpc During The Reform And Opening-up New Period

Intra-Party democracy is party according to the principle of democratic centralism, based on its own,task and purpose,to the party's organization,system and process of regulations and thus formed by party political life. Since 80th ages of last century,especially in1990s,academic circles andtheorical field always comparing pay attention intra-Party democracy problem.The report to the 16th national congress of the Communist Party of China bring upping"intra-Party democracy is the life of party",the democracy problem becomes focus of theories and scholarship studying.Intra-Party democracy problem not only is a theorical problem,but also still is a political problem. The intra-Party democracy construction not only has great effect on keeping and exerting of the CPC's advanced nature,enhancing the ruling ability of the Party,consolidating CPC's executive position,it is also directly connected with the realization degree of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics,the development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and the great renaissance of Chinese Nation.Our Party revolution and developments for long term backlog very abundant experience.These theories and experience becomes our Party further development theories,system and policy resources in new period.Develop inner-party democracy,is a good tradition of our party in the long years of revolution and construction.In this process,our party also accumulated a lot of construction experience.These experience,provides the party abundant resources,in the new historical period for further development of inner-party democracy.Since the reform and open policy,our country executes the socialist market economic system,this in a socialist country,is an unprecedented in this new environment of inner-party democratic construction is also unique.Reform and opening up in China in three decades,not only economically achieved remarkable achievements in the development and construction of the party itself also very orderly and perfect.Since reform and opening up inner-party democracy accumulated experience of the construction of other socialist countries not only the ruling party has been very active in reference significance for our future,and the development of inner-party democracy provides a theoretical reference and practical experience.This thesis takes the intra-Party democracy construction research of the CPC in the reform and opening-up new period as the research subjects,explains from two respects of theory and practice,reveals the achievements of its construction,generalizes the experience of the intra-Party democracy construction,put up with 3 suggestions to promote intra-Party democracy.This text divides into four parts altogether:in the first part,the writer introduced the basic concept of intra-Party democracy and the importance of intra-Party democracy construction.In the seconed part, the writer combs the theory of inner-Party democracy,mainly discusses Classical Marxist Writers'thoughts on intra-Party democracy,and also Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin's important contributions to develop intra-Party democracy.In the third part,comprehensive analysis is made on the advance of intra-Party democracy construction,and the experience was generalized.In the fourth part,the writer points out three focus points of developing intra-Party democracy:Improve inner-party electoral system,improve inner-party supervision mechanism and improve inner-party decision-making mechanism.
