The Study Of The Democratic Parties' Participating

The political party system is an important component of modern democracy. The leadership of the Chinese Communist Party of China's multi-party cooperation and political consultation system is the basic political system in our country. Our country's political party system is completely different from the competitive political party system in western countries, because of our cooperation characteristics. As participating parties, the democratic parties'main function is to be involved into political process from the perspective of party politics rather than ruling party in Chinese multi-party cooperation system. Only by constantly improving the participating parties'ability to take part in the politics, can they perform their duties in a better way. With the rapid development of social economic and international environment, the new phase proposes plenty of up-to-date subjects and requirements for the democratic parties participating in politics.This paper starts from the democratic parties participating in political activities and takes the political consultative conference group proposals as analytical examples, which is the predominant way for the democratic parties to participate in the politics. The writer collects the political consultative conference group proposals that have been submitted in recent ten years in the city of Hangzhou, and utilizes theories of public policy, party, and politics as analysis research tools.
