Research On The Capacity Building Of Democratic Parties’ Participation In And Discussion On State Affairs In The New Era

With the proposal of the "four new" and "three good" goals and requirements,all the democratic parties actively take the construction and improvement of their ability to participation in discussing and handling state affairs(PDHSA)as the focus of their work.This study investigated the current situation of the construction of PDHSA of the Committee of China National Democratic Construction Association in Guizhou Province under the instruction of the statement about the new political party system proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping and related political science theory.Based on the integrated use of literature analysis,questionnaire,and interview analysis etc.,this paper first outlined the status of the construction of PDHSA in Guizhou Provincial Party Committee.Besides,the recent achievements and existing weak spots were analyzed to figure out the dilemmas of PDHSA’s construction,which is mainly reflected the lack of talents,imperfect structure,and fragile social foundation during PDHSA.Furthermore,the causes behind the predicament were analyzed and given as the weak political party consciousness of members,the weak social basis for participating in politics and discussing politics,and the imperfect related mechanism.Finally,several suggestions were proposed to enhance the construction ability of PDHSA of Guizhou Provincial Party Committee in view of strengthening the construction of the ideology,theory,organization,and even system to improve the effectiveness of political participation.
