| Development of social organizations has great significance to social stability. But just as Samuel·Huntington said, "modernity breeds stability, and modernization are breeding the turmoil." Development of social organization as a subsystem of the process of modernization, there must be the same shackles-social organization is conducive to social stability, while social organization during its development has lead to various conflicts of interest, and even the expansion of interest conflict, does not cause social stability.
