Mechanism Structure: Rural Social Tissue Development Process Of Rural Social Stability Study

Development of social organizations has great significance to social stability. But just as Samuel·Huntington said, "modernity breeds stability, and modernization are breeding the turmoil." Development of social organization as a subsystem of the process of modernization, there must be the same shackles-social organization is conducive to social stability, while social organization during its development has lead to various conflicts of interest, and even the expansion of interest conflict, does not cause social stability. During the development of social organizations, to achieve social stability, we need an effective system to guide and Statute.This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges initiated by the development of rural social organization to rural social stability, then combs the shortage of the current social stability mechanism, and builds a new type of village social stability mechanism. Paper is divided into five parts:PartⅠ:elaborate the origin of the main topics, innovation, significance and methods, then sort out the research status and some core concepts.PartⅡ:First, study its external environment and intrinsic motivation, the classification and characteristics of the development of rural social organization; then investigate the existing forms and features of rural social stability problems.PartⅢ:Introduce some functional roles which the rural social organizations play in political participation, village governance, social solidarity, equity rights and other aspects, and its performance will help to achieve social stability in rural areas.PartⅣ:Explore the current social stability system is both failed to achieve the stabilization of rural social organization, and unable to effectively guide and statute the development of rural social organizations, which lead to more conflicts and disputes, and social stability mechanism in maintaining rural social stability was gradually running anomie.PartⅤ:Based on the above four parts analysis, strive to build a new mechanism of rural social stability, including supervision and management mechanism, interests protection mechanism, expression maintenance mechanism, mediation ease mechanism and value identity mechanisms, in order to achieve the positive interaction and harmonious development between the development of rural social organizations and rural social stability.
