| College students "village officials" is a group with Chinese features which produced in a special context, since March 2008 started the work of hiring college students to serve the village, there have been more than 1.3 million college graduates as volunteer candidates and a total of 159,000 students has being hired as "village officials", with lots of students being selected by provinces and municipalities before 2008, currently there are 20 million college students "village officials" in the front-line of the new rural construction business, and the Central Organization Department issued on the quota of hiring college graduates to serve the village in 2010, which clearly pointed that the quota of hiring college graduates to serve the village increased to 200,000 from the 100,000 from 2008 to 2012.With the group grows, it has become a high-profile social hot issue gradually. Different from the existing recommendations such as the Background of the policy of college students "village officials",the policy of college students "village officials",the implementation of the policy, and the perspectives to improve the policy, etc,this paper based on the research of cases to the special group,focus on the personal career development, to understand the career of the objection, the factors which influence of their "village officials" career development,and accordingly provides some recommendations to promote the career development of the group and make the policy improveThe dissertation comprises five chapters:The first chapter points out the origin, significance, method and process of the research. The existing literature is also summarized, and the key words are defined.The second to the fourth chapter is the main part of this thesis,presents and analyses the case, which describes the career of a college students "village officials",discusses its influence factors and so on.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and introspection. The "village officials" career has been generalized, and its influence factors have also been summarized.
