On October 9,2009, The Norwegian Nobel Committee has decided that the Nobel Peace Prize for 2009 is to be awarded to President Barack Obama for his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples.Obama was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for some personal factors. He is a man with celebrity effect and affinity. His vision of a world without nuclear weapons and a world with multi-partners is closely linked to peaceful development.
