Vision Of Marxist Culture And Improve Chinese Cultural Soft Power ’Strategic Vision

Culture is an important part of human social life. Deep excavation and arrangement ofMarx’s view of culture, is not only the need of Marx’s theory in this important field of visionbut also a basic work for the comprehensive and accurate understanding of Marx’s theorywhich can not be ignored,.It is used to refer to the theoretical basis guiding the constructionof Chinese cultural soft power.Firstly, through analyzing Marx’s classic works of cultural theory, summarizes thegeneration, development and content of Marx’s view of culture. The pursuit of value is topromote the development of cultural construction and seek the true liberation of humanbeings.Then we study and analyze the connotation of cultural soft power and its mechanism. Atpresent, China’s cultural soft power construction has made great achievements: thepreliminary establishment of the socialist core value system; traditional culture has beendeveloped, its modern cultural achievement; the idea of harmonious world is recognized bythe world. At the same time, we should be more objective to see some problems of theconstruction of Chinese cultural soft power: the core value of integrating various culturalability is not strong; the social mainstream ideology in respect of cultural diversity, toleranceand lead the formation of social consensus thinking ability is not strong; cultural marketpotential development is insufficient, the cultural industry development lags behind; mediadevelopment lag, the national image of the existence of blind spots. The spacing between theideal and the reality of China’s cultural soft power to construct strong national culture softpower has become an inevitable issue.Marx said,"the light which is thought to be the reality is not enough, the reality itselfshould strive towards thought." It is thought a good guide to the reality, through effectivemeasures to promote the development of China’s cultural soft power. Therefore, we shouldsum up the soft power of Chinese culture experiences and achievements and problems, basedon the contemporary Chinese development situation, countermeasures to improve China’scultural soft power is: the construction of socialist core value system, and enhance the appealof socialist ideology and cohesion; to promote cultural innovation system, enhance the vitality of cultural development; mining and carry forward the Chinese culture, theconstruction of the spiritual home of the Chinese nation; vigorously develop the culturalindustry, create a breakthrough for the development of cultural soft power; shaping the mediaculture, improve our cultural dissemination.To sum up, we must take Marx’s view of culture and the current domestic andinternational development situation as the basis, the continuous development of China’scultural soft power, so as to enhance the cultural cohesion, creativity, the country’scompetitiveness and communication ability.
