Illuminating the mismatch between the legal profession and legal talents, the writer thinks it is necessary to study the legal talent training system and the establishment of the good atmosphere around the legal profession, and the reformation of the legal talent training model should catch more attention.Based on accomplishments of scholars from the field of education and legal, the writer expounds the definition and extended scope of the legal talent training model, describes the legal talent training model in Chinese universities with the emphasis on the specialty setting pattern, the curriculum setting pattern, the training pattern, the training approach and the elimination pattern.The entrance of WTO will influence on the Chinese legal higher education, and the influence is analyzed in fields of economical globalization, the requirement of legal talent's diathesis, and trade in education service. In order to counterpunch WTO, we should seize the opportunity of joining WTO and reform the legal talent training model in Chinese universities.
