| Under the new historical conditions,"to promote the popularization of Marxism"is a significant issue to uphold and develop Marxism, it is also the inherent requirement and the essential attribute of Marxist theory. However,scientific theory needs a process which is gradually promoted and is easily understood in order to be mastered by the masses. How to spread the theory to the masses to achieve the Marxist popularization needs to use certain communication channels and means in the process of disseminating. And in the current situation, mass media is so convenient and well-developed, a country's political system and economic development is closely related with the surrounding media environment, the release of any policy and instruction is inseparable from grasping of the media, it is precisely these media which have the real impact and change to the process of Marxist popularization. This paper attempts to discuss the relationship between the"media"and the"Marxist popularization", analyze systemically how the Marxism use the media to spread in the masses, and make new thoughts about the mass media in the role of Marxist popularization by analyzing the operating mechanism of Marxist popularization and the problems encounted in the current dissemination of theory .The paper demonstrates its viewpoints from the following five aspects:The introduction part describes the significance of the article's topic, research status, research ideas and research methods.In the first part, it introduces the basic concepts and the contents of the media and the popularization of Marxism, and analyzes the social spirit's spreading functions of the media, and further discusses the relationship between the mass media and the Marxist popularization.In the second part, I put"Marxist popularization"into the mass communication mode to make specific analysis by studying the classic mode of"5W"which was proposed by Harold Lasswell who is the founder of the communication studies, and combine the common mechanism of communication with the specific object of"Marxist popularization"to introduce the relationship among communicator, communication contents, communication carriers, people who are spread and communication effects in the propagation of Marxism. It makes a brief discussion about the whole transmission mechanism.In the third part, it mainly analyzes the functions and experiences of the mass media in Marxist popularization, and introduces the dissemination experiences in the process of Marxist popularization in early time and the present age arounding several sections of the transmission mechanism. Firstly, it simply introduces the media that was used in the early spread of Marxism in China in the May Fourth Movement period and the transitional period of new china. Secondly, it simply discusses the communication experiences and ways of interpersonal media, organization media, mass media and recessive media that appear at present in China.In the fourth part, it analyzes the problems that arise in the course of Marxist popularization, and introduces the problems in the understanding process and some influence brought by other social problems.The fifth part is the main part of the paper, it proposes the policies in how to use media to drive the Marxist popularization and elucidates how to achieve the Marxist popularization from the perspective of effective mode of mass communication, using the mass media as the main communication channels and to be a good"gatekeeper"in media, and master discourse to guide the supervision of public opinions and enhance the identification of Marxist theory through the mass media.The paper analyzes the positive and negative aspects in the process of Marxist popularization by introducing the relationship between the mass media and the Marxist popularization and combining with the transmission mechanism. It raises the policies of using media to drive Marxist popularization by introducing the problems that exist in present process to stand out the entirety of the era value of communicating Marxism. |
