View The Difference On The Electoral System Between America And China

Elections are the foundation of democracy and security. It owns a long history in Western countries. Its political election system have been tended to be improved. China is a country with feudal despotism for five thousand years. It inherited the political job according to the family. Political electoral system began in modern times with only a time for hundred years. Therefore, it is still quite imperfect for the mode from the election, election technology or voting count. On the road of upholding the rule of law in our country and building a socialist country, we should remain "used" gesture. A sound electoral system in the western countries will give us a good template undoubtedly, especially the special country the United States. It constructed the suitable system in consistent with their national conditions according to their national conditions. Its sophisticated system not only requires us to selectively study and this spirit is worthy of studying by our country. In this paper, we use the method of comparison and historical analysis combined with the theoretical basis of law to analysis it elaborately. First, we brief overviewed the processes and the related system in the U.S. and the Chinese leader election. Next, we put forward the difference between two electoral system and further analysis of the causes of the difference between two systems. We look forward to upholding the basic system of our country under the premise of basing on national conditions, introduce the advanced systems and technology which are conducive to our election system and try our best to find a feasible path to improve the electoral system for the Chinese.
