| The goal of traditional salary system is building inner consistence allotment system; it emphasizes the point of company development, Establishes a norm operation procedure and offers the currency support for the company managing staffs. But this kind of salary system has not adapted the modern business. The reasonable goal of salary system is that from the beginning of company strategy, the salary system can support the company to gain completive advantage, attracting, maintaining, and encouraging excellent staffs is the strategy task of modern human research management.This dissertation is based on the study of the theories related to salary system, according to the target of the modern salary system, through analyzing the system that the salary system evolves and the status of the system that the salary system, which suggests an improved scheme and gives some suggestions for implementing this scheme.The dissertation is divided into three parts: preface, main body and conclusion. The preface introduces the reasons of choosing this topic, significance of this topic and also explains the method of the research, the analytical methods and the layouts of the contents. The main body concludes the second chapter, the third chapter, the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter..The way of thinking is introducing the theory, raising problems, analyzing problems and solving problems. The first chapter, the second chapter and the third chapter are the parts of literature review, which analytical some relative theories and discuss the Chinese salary system evolves, analyzes the current situation of salary system and points out some problems from those above; the fourth part is some new views of this topic. The fifth and sixth chapters bases on the second and third chapter and, suggesting the lengthways of the model to improve the salary system. The model also raises some constructive suggestions to salary system operation. The last part is conclusion, which is the summary of this dissertation. |
