Integration To The Village Community Of The Village's Committee Under Village's Self～governance

It is meaningful to organize the peasants effectively no matter in theory or the reality. As the ubiquitous organization at village level, the village's committee should give play to the role of organizing peasants effectively, strengthen peasants to the ability of implementing autonomy of affairs at village level and build ability of the well-off society in an all-round way. But at the present stage, for various reasons, the rural village's committee function lacks proper care and becomes the question of a universality, especially on the low developed area of the Midwest, the autonomy function of the village committee performs practically no function especially. This research investigate the current situation which the village committee integrate the rural community through questionnaire, and try to probe into the reason why the function of the village's committee lacks proper care in term of integration. Thus put forward the countermeasure of realizing the village committee function effectively. This paper contains five parts: The first part explicates the research background. Reviewing the actuality of correlation research. This part points out own main subject and discuss the relevant concepts . The second part expatiates the objective, method and frame of this research. Then , summarizes the general situations of investigated field and the sample review about the investigation. Based on the field survey, the third part descriptive the current situation which the village committee integrate the rural community through questionnaire. Analyze the state of Huang village's social splits up. Point out H village is the village where a minuent splits up and integrate on low level. The forth part analyze that influences the factor which the village committee integrate the village community through factor analysis and regression analysis. And analyze the influence on integration degree of the prestige, economic factor, political factor and culture factor separately.The fifth part is the conclusion and discuss some. According to above-mentioned analysis and real example, the author thinks the village committee is to the degree on the low side of integration of the village community. And according to the factor analysis, the author has proposed improving the countermeasure that the village committee combines degree to the village community.
