The Support And Assessment System Of Ecological Industry Development In Nanjing Rural Area

Nanjing Government dedicate to promote the sustainable development through ecological agricultural development. But ecological agricultural development have not control the serious environment pollution complete due to the lack of effective support system. In fact, as a whole our environment pollution becomes more and more worse, although our rural industry expanded. This contradictions between rural industry development and environment protection must be solved. In this article, we attempt to seek effective and feasible ways to settle those problems, and finally promote the development of rural ecological industry.The direction of industry of nanjing rural area is the development of ecological industry, And it is necessary and feasible. The recourse, environment and fundamentals were studied, and seven types of ecological industry in rural area were put forward, they are green farm produce, productions for ecological agriculture, ecological development of real estate and tour, service of ecological technology, and marketing of ecological production. In our support system, some basic factors, such as resource and ecological environment, modern science and technology, policy and society services, market and capital, manpower,ect were included. And the present status of this system ware analysed, base on some principle such as the mobilization of the whole society, multi-ply support body,voluntary or involuntary, some benefit suggestion were given to facilitate this system.The assessment system of ecological industry development in Nanjing rural area was established primarily. Four primary factors such as industry development, environment, policy and capital, manpower,ect; Eleven secondary factors such as green produce, base construction; and twenty assessment target were included.This assessment system was used to assess three ecological agriculture village. And the result shows that this system was effective and feasible.
