Develop Of Bamboo Sector In Zhejiang Province And Implications For Venezuela

China the last 20 year have experimented a great progress in social, political y economical aspect, and the Bamboo Sector have been a illustration the reality in this country and Zhejiang Province as case of study, this research try to analysis the process of latest years during develop to reach the goals and objectives, to know Chinese history respect to bamboo and to identify Chinese model and discern it's possible to apply in Venezuela.In this sense is looked for information from Journal, books, Annals and different newsletters, yearbooks and so on; also for this proposed and to have more understanding of situation is taken part in International Training Course on Bamboo Technology in Hangzhou Zhejiang China; after that is founded a statement from Wang Shudong Director of China Bamboo Research Center Zhejiang said Bamboo sector in China had high-speed in 90 years specially after National Bamboo Conference in Hangzhou in 1991, also another statement from Zhu Zhaohua and Elsie Yang researchers from INBAR (International Network Bamboo and Rattan) talking about the Lin'an experience said the projects has been implemented in four phases: 1982-1984 awareness raising and preparation work, 1985-1991 resources cultivation and policy formulation and development, 1991-1997 high-yield technical extension and processing demonstration, 1997-present industrialized manufacturing and market exploration. Theses statements were useful to set up parameter to analysis; beside is founded out the changes of society to take decision, measure of government to promote the change, the develop the product and by-products along time, the improvement in the rural area and so on, which was very important to knowledge and statistic procedure and conclusion.In this regard is collected Data Material from Zhejiang Yearbooks from 1985-2002 in Basic Indicators on Bamboo, Commodity Output Value of Bamboo, Gross Output Value of Bamboo and Indices of Gross Output Value of Bamboo, consequently is done graphic of trend series to observe the behavior of bamboo sector along the time, and then is done partition data in three period 1985-1990, 1991-1997 and 1998-2002 to each group of data, subsequent for each group and each period is processed in a Analysis of Variance Test with Anova one way and Correlation and Regression Analysis.The result showed that for each group is founded out a typical business cycle with period of recession, depression and recovery, and also all of them the trend line is ascendant.For the Anova one way is rejected the Hypothesis null that whole values for Bamboo forestry, Commodity Output Value, Gross Output Value and Indices of Gross Output Value were equals and for each period. Theses results suggest that Wang Shudong, Zhu Zhaohua and Elsie Yang had reason in their statement; therefore the Chinese model is success in achieved the goal and objectives.Finally Venezuela could learn from the Chinese experience, Venezuelan government should take measure to encourage the Institutions to develop Bamboo Sector, to support the farmer and offer facilities for this proposal and take advantage of to be member of INBAR in favor to develop bamboo, to create projects in long-term for consolidate this sector.
