The Collection Of Explanations On Zhili Lv(“置吏律”) During The Qin And Han Dynasties

The publication of "Zhili Lv"(置吏律)from Shuihudi bamboo slips of Qin-dynasty,Yuelu Academy bamboo slips of Qin-dynasty,Zhangjiashan bamboo slips of Han-dynasty arise a series of research about the "Zhili Lv"(置吏律),this paper combining the relevant literature and existing research results,collecting the interpretations and punctuation of "Zhili Lv"(置吏律)during Qin and Han dynasties.The subject of this paper is the collection of explanations on Zhili Lv.the ananlyse of viewpoint are presented as footnotes,and the relative discussion are arranged at the third charpter.For example,the relation between "zhanbei"(战北)and "nuo"(耎);the punctuation of "shuweizuo"(属尉佐);the problem concerning "Renren weili"(任人为吏);the situation of "Chu qi xian zhong"(除其县中)from Yuelu Academy bamboo slips of Qin-dynasty;"Jun mianchushudaozhongwei(郡免除书到中尉)and"Shoujue jichurenguanyuwei"(受爵及除人关于尉)are related to "zhujue zhongwei"(主爵中尉)and the meaning of "wei"(尉);"Xinwei guan"(新为官)from Zhangjiashan bamboo slips of Han-dynasty may have a certain connection with "Xin di wei guan"(新地为官)in Yuelu Academy bamboo slips of Qin-dynasty.
