Since the end of the Cold War, the world's economy's development makes the border of different countries vaguer and vaguer. Study the diplomatic policy with the culture is in order to adjust to this development of international politics, trying to supply a new angle of diplomatic policy. First, from the method of study, studying the diplomacy with the help of culture is mainly a creation of study angle. It emphasizes the effect with each other among different ingredients of building. Second, from the practice, the best way to reflect the study method's meaning in the real diplomatic policy is to place the abstract theory and concrete diplomatic policy together. This thesis reflects this value. Third, there are vivid times meaning in this study of Peace-Cooperation Culture. This thesis is about international relationship and philosophy fields. It's a new angle of studying international relationship. Studying the relationship between "the Peace-Cooperation Culture" and the Peace Diplomacy will help to pull the trend of Peace and Development, supplying the value judgments standards of defending hegemonies. This will help the peace union. Due to my limited knowledge and tact and material available. I just explore it initially. The main contents: Introduction:From the conception of culture, diplomacy , I illustrate culture especially traditional culture effect on the diplomacy. On this base introduce the Peace-Cooperation Culture and China's Peace Diplomacy. Chapter one:Remind the course of the Peace-Cooperation Culture's development ,gets the conception of the Peace-Cooperation Culture ,that is, the Peace-Cooperation Culture is an idea of social order and main parts of Chinese traditional idealism international relationship theory. Chapter two:In this chapter , 1 mainly illustrate the Peace-Cooperation Culture's effect during Chinese ancient diplomacy relationships with other countries. Chapter three:It is the key one; I mainly demonstrate how the culture affects the People's Republic of China's diplomacy. This contains : the effect on Chinese basic diplomacyprinciple, Chinese famous diplomat's (such as Zhou en lai , Deng xiao ping, Jiang ze min )diplomatie character and their thinking way. Chapter four:It tells the effect during the course of make a new order for the new world. I mainly illustrate the Peace-Cooperation Culture's effect during the course of building new international order and disagree on part conflicts. Conclusion;I sum up the whole thesis , analysis the reason that makes Chinese attend four conflicts with other countries and call on make the Peace-Cooperation Culture more and more popular.
