Regional economic development needs support suitable logistics industry. The study on district logistics industry is the requisite of the economic globalization because of the difference in regional economy leading to the difference in the characteristics, structure, scale and management of district logistics industry. Moreover, the economic globalization requires the support of a logistical network on a national scale. And establishing regional logistics centers will provide them perfect integrated service. The considerable improvement of logistical service in scale and quantity will reduce the social total cost promote economic growth.The essay summarizes the development of logistics centers at home and abroad, then analyzes the feature of logistics centers of different countries and problems of establishing the center in China. Meantime, the feature and influence of logistics centers has been concluded. And the significance of establishing logistics centers has been illustrated as well. On the bases evaluating the above-mentioned approaches, the thesis applies the rough set method to the study of logistics centers and the analysis of choosing logistics centers in Anhui province. The conclusion turns out to be in line with the layout of regional logistics centers in Anhui province.The application of rough set approach to the study of logistics centers is innovative. Besides, it is also a new attempt that using rough set method to make positive study about the district logistics centers in Anhui province.
