The strategies of logistics centers locating and reroution have been researched in this thesis. Several strategies of location and rerouting have been analysised after introducation on the concept of logistics, background information and research issues. A method of calculating for centers number, an algorithm of centers location and a strategies of rerouting have been proposed.Firstly, a method of calculating for centers number has been proposed based on target function of profit, while expense target function has been used in former centers planning, since expense target function is not suitable for marketing with competition and the independent logistics system. The target function of profit has been constructed based on the relationship of all kind factors. Two functions as demo have been given according to charactics of functions and the number of centers has been calculated based on the demo functions. The target function can been got with function fitting based on data from forecasting or investigation.Secondly, an algorithm of center location has been proposed. The logistics system has been descriped in a graph and the factors of cost of centers, road status, transportation tools, unit price for different transportation are taken into account in the algorithm. The algorithm can been performed easily with computer simulation. The routing for every node is also putted out in the algorithm. The location for a logistics system with 30 nodes has been showed with computer simulation. An algorithm for mutil-centers location has been proposed with policy of region division based on the algorithm.Finally, a rerouting strategy has been proposed with the rerouting concept of computer network in order to resolve unexpected situation having to change the path during disturbing.
