| After the large state corporations implement the further reformation in rally, merger, changing rules and so on, they not only face the competition in the domestic markets, but get into the foreign markets with the ideas of the global horizon and competition and strategy "Go out". The sharp competition in the global markets is that of the personnel performance. The human resources training have been the secrecy for training the core competence among the transnational corporations. Researching the human resources training has the actual and deep importance for carrying out the personnel developing strategy in the large state corporations to form the core competence in advance human resources.On the base of plentifully reading works and articles that refer to the human resources and management, and through the investigation and study on the human resources training in the large state corporations and the practice in working at the human resources training for the large corporations, I will discuss the contents as follows:1. At first, this dissertation deeply analyses the competence which the corporations face at the present, and discuss the importance of the human resources training to the corporations' personnel and market competence.2. It discusses and looks back the beginning, development and innovation of the human resources training for the large state corporations and takes the training analysis theory, training judge theory and lifelong education theory as the foundations.3. Through the study of the human resources training in the overseas large corporations and comparing it with ours, entirely it judges in human resources training in our large state corporations. On the base of it, it finds out the problems in them and the reasons of those.4. As the point, in view of the existing problems and together with successes experiences in human resources training for the large corporations, it gives the workable measures in the strategy and culture of the human resources training for the large state corporations.5. At last, it discusses and looks forward to the development of the human resources training for the large state corporations. |
