The salary management system is the key link of business enterprise operation, management and developments , the salary system design is the foundation and importances part that builds up the modern salary management system .Nowadays in the world, whoever owning talented person has the development then, the talented person's competition is the most important event not only to the business enterprise but also to a nation existence and development. In knowledge-based economy and economic globalization ages ,It is a very necessary and important topic to neither Chinese government-owned and private enterprises to build up a set of salary system which is scientific, reasonable, effective, and meet the development requirement and "the talented person encourage management" that outstanding competition .Of many managements in business enterprise, it is end to all lead to the human resources management .Therefore, according to the knowledge-based economy competition, the western business enterprise lay stress on "the talented person encourage management"to develop the talented person and it is regarded as a life and deadth matter to the business enterprise .in order to collect ,handle and keep up a great deal of knowledge quickly strengthen the talented person's management and usage,it was widespread to established the posts ofthe knowledge supervisor" or"the intelligence capital supervisor" in business enterprise manage layer.The next, carry out the talented person development plan, among them include" lifelong education" , talented person was given priority to promote to higer position etc.The third, improve assignments and encourages system to incline toward the development of talented person's performance more.For example ,to encourage the capable talented person to spare no effort to make innovation ,One American company choose 200 future leaders every year to give them USD 25,000 of company stock which can be belonger to themselves after 7 years. One of talented person managemnet charactteristics in American business enterprises is they advocate to stiring up personal potential seems like everybody carry "engine" on the back, break the educational backgroundand resume boundary,thinking the actual ability more.This thesis sets out from the basic theories of the salary, passing the analysis that the old salary system of SOUTH DONAL GROUP, re- putting forward the new design project, discussing the salary management completely to important function that the business enterprise conduct the development.The first part analysis the situation to contrast the domestic and international business enterprise, pointing out the development situation and latent crisises of the private companys.The second part reviews foundation theories concerning salary basic principle of Marxist economics and western economicses .Overall defined and researchesd the salary and its essence, characteristics, functions and factor affected,basic form and designs .It constitutes to design the Southern Donal Group salary system of of theories foundation.The third part is a detailed analysis that the old salary system , and point out it to the business enterprise realistic management and important influences.The fourth part is the core of the thesis. Based on the foundation of two part of researches , combining to the actuality management and re- design the new salary system.The last part is the conclusion of the whole thesis.passes the investigation of the actuality, circulate the circumstance to carry on the overall verification and valuations to the new salary system, and reflect a salary reform and real meanings.
