The Strategic Study On The Develop Of HB Grain Trade Company

HB Grain Trade Company is the microphotograph of the grain circulation company. Based on the management strategic of modern company, this paper analysis the problems existing in it deeply.This article studied the develop stratagem systematically according to the company's reality. Firstly analysis the macro and micro condition the company faced systematically, discovered the benefit chance generally and made it clear that what the company should avoid. Based on the analysis of supply and demand condition ,the determinant factors,the fluctuate form of food price, the author set forth the relation among the grain supply,grain demand and commodity. Then analyzed the material resources,financial resources,market sale capabilities,manpower and technique resources conditions, recognized the advantage and disadvantage of the company itself .Using the method of EFE matrix,IFE matrix,SWOT evaluate the chance of the inside and outside impact factors,the threaten,the advantages and disadvantages,the author brought forward six management strategic tactic schemes the company could adopt . Finally confirmed three strategic tactic schemes through using the method of QSPM and ascertained the integrative management schemes using the linear programming model of food supply.
