| Tourism has been taken as one of the most prospective and profitable industries in the 21th century. As far as the tourism in Tibet is concerned, it is of most importance in the local economic structure, with the No.1 production value among the six special industries in Tibet. Nowadays the central government puts forward and carries out the Western Developing Strategy and the railway between Qinghai and Tibet is being constructed. In addition to this, the main assistance to Tibet from backland is also increasing. All these have become the precious opportunities to the development of Tibet. In this spirit, attaching more importance to and making great efforts to develop the county tourism in Lhasa will be of strategic importance to the enormous development of both Lhasa and even Tibet. This thesis has applied the relevant theories such as Marketing, Grey Dynamic Model, etc, to analyze the actuality and external environment of the tourism in Lhasa. Also it has evaluated and divided the resources of the tourism in Lhasa by function, predicted the future market, made the market segmentation and eventually put forward the developing strategy for the county tourism in Lhasa. Meanwhile all these points mentioned above are the innovative part of this thesis. On the basis of the previous analysis and summarization, the writer has drawn the conclusion as follows: the exploitation to the resources of the tourism in Lhasa should be guided by the strategy which contains the main points such as "government leading, community participation, Regional unity and Sustainable development. Likewise, it should formulate a systematic and holistic layout for the exploitation of the product, the design of the image, the perfection of the management system, the money-raise and the cultivation of the person with ability in the local tourism. |
