Researching On Logistics Development Scheme Of Liuzhou Material Head Factory Of The Railway

Liuzhou material head factory of the railway is the material's supply and management department for the railway transportation and construction in Liuzhou Railway Bureau. It has contributed much for the secure production, reducing the purchase cost and saving the occupying fund for the bureau. Till then they can maintain the position in the value chain.As noted above, by analyzing the features and the problems of the factory,I put forward plans and measures of their logistics development from the following six aspects:Consummating infrastructures to improve serving ability; developing the comprehensive logistics to create the brand advantage; constructing the sharing platform of the information to adjust and combine the information source; rearranging the operation-formula to cater for the chain management; changing from the logistics management into the chain management style; launching the thought education to help people change ideas. It is believed that these schemes would function well in the future and accelerate the factory's promotion to the modern logistics enterprise.
