| For many years, complying with the operation pattern of planned economy era, railway freight station just finishes simple transportation tasks, low service quality and small transportation additional value. With the introduction of railway logistics, railway freight station rebuilds into logistics center or makes full use of extending service of existing equipment grounded on newly built railway logistics center in order to create new economic growth point of railway transportation development.By describing the definition of railway logistics center and development status quo home and abroad, the article firstly presents operation volume prediction of railway logistics center and structure analysis methods of logistics volume, which provides the programming with different fields in railway logistics planning, such as warehouse, container stack, sporadic stack, other operation fields, road, traffic streamline, living areas and green-land etc. According to logistics volume constituent, essential functions, including core functions and normal ones of logistics center, can be established. Meantime selective functions can be chosen in terms of development demand. During horizontal layout, the scale of different function modules such as the area of parking place, warehouse, loading and unloading platform, green-land, receiving place, consignment place, staple place, and other construction is calculated by corresponding formula in accordance with logistics volume, which may deduce the land scale of railway logistics center. Then according to the condition whether the operation of logistics center takes smoothly or not, relative situation of each function module can be decided and three basic layout figures, involving size I, size L and size U, and the typical structural diagram are presented. Practical operation requirement and different land use shapes can be adjusted to the relative situations of different function modules and hence horizontal layout schemes are produced. Finally the comprehensiveevaluation indexes of the adaptability of the logistics center are given in this thesis. At the same time, the evaluation of different design schemes is finished and the adaptive degree of different schemes is obtained. |
