With competition being fierce day by day, how to strengthen the information management of the link about purchasing, selling, inventory and lower costs is becoming one of the questions that the merchandising company should solve urgently more and more. And the more outstanding question of that is to realize the integration of financial and business information.Regarding analyzing Kingdee's merchandising company K/3 system as example, the thesis points out at present the integration of financial and business information still is not complete, so we can manage to integrate to implement on this basis. And the thesis discusses the necessity, significance, realizing way of the integration of financial and business information respectively. What's more, it utilizes Visual FoxPro programming to design a system about purchasing, selling, inventory management which aims at solving the reintegration of financial and business information and verifying the feasibility of this idea in term of practice. This thesis is divided into five parts altogether, first part analyses the current situation of treatment to financial and business information of current financial software represented by Kingdee's merchandising company K/3 system mainly, and carries on further analysis and summary to it; Then in the second part the thesis discusses the necessity of the reintegration of financial and business information; Then goes on research about the realizing on the reintegration of financial and business information in the third part in detail, namely offers the balance forms of account receivable and inventory in real time, and the relevant database , documents involved in this course, etc.; Finally , according to the system after reintegrated the financial and business information, introduces the function of system each module respectively.
