It is the first step to establish generation-opened electricity market with the major features of the separation of generation from transmission management and price-competition. Under the rule of fairness, impartiality and open , the power system dispatching, which play the role of coordinating the power transaction between the generation companies and the power supply companies/power users , is the key link of the power market .By the way of studying the development of the domestic and abroad power market and the operating conditions between regional grids, this paper presents the real-time trades theory under condition of unbinding generation. To meet the need of systemic economic and secure goals, and with manifold optimized regulating schemes, it is benefits for the development of our electricity market.
